Challenge
Shopping for home appliances—whether large or small—is often a significant decision. But how can brands effectively guide customers to find the perfect fit for their needs and lifestyle?
What began as a routine client request for a social media asset targeting younger audiences (ages 25–45) evolved into a larger opportunity to drive engagement in an oversaturated market. Recognizing that appliance marketing often feels transactional and sales-driven, we saw an opportunity to break the mold. Instead of a traditional B2C approach, we reimagined the campaign with a fresh, engaging perspective—bringing creativity and fun to a typically dry subject matter.
Solution
We successfully persuaded the client to explore a new and unconventional space for their brand, leading to an award-winning campaign that drove exceptional engagement. By leveraging visuals inspired by dating apps, incorporating witty copy to reframe the shopping experience, and infusing humor by replacing traditional dating profiles with appliances, we created a highly engaging and scroll-stopping experience.
