Diversity drives
discovery at NIH.

The Chief Officer for Scientific Workforce Diversity’s (COSWD) is a department within NIH. Their mission is championing diversity, equity, inclusion, and accessibility for the betterment of scientific research. Our task was to bring awareness to this division of NIH through storytelling with a video that stood out among the scientific population.

So we set out to create a script and video based on the parable of the Blind Men and the Elephant. The video was nominated for a Webby People’s Choice Award and won a Platinum Hermes awards, but most importantly, it helped further the mission of COSWD.
