How do you get people to engage with their utility company?

People trust people they know. Their friends, family, and even neighbors. So when Baltimore Gas and Electric (BGE) asked us to create a campaign that drove program participation in a new way, we flipped the script and led with people first, brand second.

We spoke with real customers from BGE service areas all around Maryland to learn about their passions—and how they’re making smart choices to save energy every day. The campaign launched in April 2025.
